Valley of the Sun Habitat Home is Complete

Dear Clients of Those Callaways:

The day finally came for the Nguyen Family to move into their new home in Glendale. It was June 3rd and what a beautiful day it was!
Many of the volunteers, all the team leaders, a city councilman and the wonderful people from Habitat were on hand to welcome the family to their new neighborhood. The first day in their new home the family had a full house

During the Dedication Ceremony special recognition was given to the House Leader, Joe Genovese along with his team leaders for the exceptional workmanship that the Nguyen house exhibited. The city said it had been very well constructed passing inspections with flying colors.

When Christine Odom, Chairman of the Valley of Sun Habitat for Humanity led everyone in the Home Blessing, there wasn’t a dry eye. Kelly Callaway said a few words and the tears kept flowing. Marge Lindsay, our Associate Broker from John Hall took time from her busy schedule to participate in this special day. “I wouldn’t miss this,” Marge said.

When the Nguyen family was introduced they thanked everyone for bringing their dream alive. Then they honored all of us with the small rock you see in the picture.

Again, we were so proud of each and every one of you that made this all possible.
